This house was built by us in 2023 in the state of Arizona. It was originally a brick warehouse, but due to years of neglect, the owner asked us to renovate it.

We removed the old, damaged roof and took down the broken walls, then rebuilt them with new bricks. Within a month, we had completed the house’s framework and replaced the entire roof with new materials. The windows and doors were also installed.

Following the designer’s plan, we transformed this small building into a two-bedroom, one-living-room independent house with a large garage. The entire interior was finished with tile flooring. The project took a total of five months to complete.
